About Me
Hi, I’m Juli Bardgett, LCSW, clinical supervisor.
I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as your whole self — without judgment, without having to fit into a box, and without being told there is only one “right” way to heal.
My approach is warm, honest, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I work with individuals and couples navigating trauma, relationship challenges, identity, life transitions, substance use and recovery, and the complicated experiences that can leave us feeling stuck or disconnected from ourselves or the people we love.
I draw from approaches including EMDR and DBT, tailoring therapy to the person in front of me rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all formula. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you understand your story, build the skills you need, work through what has happened, and create something different moving forward.
I especially value creating a welcoming space for LGBTQ+ clients and couples, people who have experienced trauma, and anyone who has felt misunderstood or judged in traditional settings.
Therapy doesn’t require you to have everything figured out before you begin. You just have to be willing to take the first step.
Embrace the shadows.
Reclaim the story!
“There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.”
