Black Hearts Counseling offers clinical supervision for social workers and mental health professionals seeking thoughtful, supportive guidance as they develop their clinical skills and professional identity.

Supervision is more than checking boxes for licensure. It is a space to explore challenging cases, strengthen clinical judgment, navigate ethical questions, build confidence, and develop a practice that reflects who you are as a clinician.

Supervision may include support with:

• Clinical assessment and treatment planning

• Trauma-informed and LGBTQ+-affirming practice

• EMDR and trauma-focused interventions

• Couples and relationship work

• Substance use and co-occurring concerns

• Ethics, boundaries, and professional development

• Documentation and clinical decision-making

• Case consultation and self-reflection

• Developing your own authentic clinical style

Supervision Rate: $125 per hour

My goal is to create supervision that is collaborative, honest, supportive, and occasionally willing to sit comfortably in the uncomfortable.

Whether you’re working toward licensure or looking for ongoing consultation and professional growth, supervision should be a place where you can ask questions, challenge your thinking, and become a stronger clinician without having to pretend you have it all figured out.
